Photophobia Glasses

Photophobia describes extreme light sensitivity and eye discomfort in bright light. It is a relatively common condition, often unrelated to specific health issues, and symptoms can include significant eye pain, aversion to light, a sense that everything appears excessively bright, squinting one or both eyes, seeing bright colored spots, even in the dark or with your eyes closed, and difficulty reading or looking at pictures or text.

NoIR filters offer 100% UV protection, and some are formulated to offer broad visible light attenuation, significantly reducing symptoms of photophobia.

If you need assistance choosing the right level of protection for your application, please email our sales department or give us a call at 800-521-9746
