HeNe Laser Eyewear
A helium-neon (HeNe) laser is a type of gas laser that uses a mixture of helium and neon as its gain medium excited by an electrical discharge, emitting a red light at wavelength 633 nm. HeNe lasers are commonly used in commercial and industrial applications as well as laboratory demonstrations of optics. Other uses include barcode scanners, tool alignment, blood analysis, contactless measuring and monitoring, alignment of high power CO2 and YAG treatment lasers and pointing beams, and therapy for promoting wound healing, skin grafts healing, treatments of coronary artery disease, diabetes and hypertension.
