Returns & Exchanges

NOIR LASERSHIELDS LIMITED WARRANTY

NoIR lenses and frames are warranted to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any defect in material and workmanship. NoIR will repair or replace, at our option, any standard product found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping costs. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please see product instructions for use for detailed warranty information and limitations.

NOIR RETURN POLICY

NOIR standard products that are unused and in original condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. NoIR products that are special order or custom configuration may not be returned. All returns, exchanges and warranty claims require an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) Please call 1-800-521-9746 or email noircustomerservice@noirinsight.com for an RMA to initiate the RMA and return process.
